What You'll Do

Manage general Level 1 tickets working directly with end users

Deploy and schedule updates to various software and operating system

Be available for after-hours support

Participate in network, server and workstation projects
What You've Done to Get Here

University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Systems Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, A+
-
2-3 years of experience in a similar position

Knowledge of IT principles and methods
