We're looking for a quick learner who enjoys challenges in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is one who is self-motivated and operates with integrity. Strong communication and excellent attention to detail are required.

What You'll Do

  • Manage general Level 1 tickets working directly with end users
     

  • Deploy and schedule updates to various software and operating system
     

  • Be available for after-hours support
     

  • Participate in network, server and workstation projects

What You've Done to Get Here

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Systems Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, A+
     

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
     

  • Knowledge of IT principles and methods
